Answers to everything you need to know about RISE gear.
Setting up the AirNEST is quick and hassle-free. Thanks to the AIRBANK™ pump, your shelter can be fully inflated and ready to use in just TWO minutes. No need for complicated poles or lengthy setup times, and no need to scramble out of your tent to put the fly on when it starts to rain. We call it Push-Button-Pitch, and it's easy peasy.Note: The mattress inflates with a separate valve, and also takes approx. 2 minutes to inflate.
RISE Outdoor provides a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind our products and will repair or replace any item that fails under normal use conditions.
The AirNEST 3+ is built for repeated, real-world camping. It uses durable, silicone-coated polyester fabric that is fully seam sealed to keep water out and maintain tension in wet conditions. Reinforced construction in high-stress areas adds longevity, while the inflatable structure is designed to flex with wind rather than resist it. The result is a waterproof shelter made to hold up over years, not just a single season.
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location, while international orders usually arrive within 8 to 10 business days.

TLC – Make Sure Your Shelter Keeps Smiling.Your tent is made tough, but like all good gear that sees the wild, it’ll take a few hits. So give it a little love every now and then—seasonal maintenance goes a long way toward keeping your RISE tent (or whatever tent you roll with) adventure-ready for years. Show Your Tent Some Love.Although RISE tents are made from SilPoly (generally more UV-resistant than nylon) they are still susceptible to harmful UV rays — known to chew through coatings, break down fabrics, and turn any shelter faded and brittle over time. Your RISE tent comes fully waterproofed straight from the box. But over time excessive usage and harsh weather can also chip away at that barrier that keeps you dry inside. If you want to do your tent a favour, apply a UV treatment such as Nikwax Tent & Gear Solarwash – spray-on waterproofer and UV blocker that takes care of all of the above. **Bonus tip: always wash your tent gently with warm soapy water before applying any DWR treatment. And please read the instructions on the product first. Seal the Deal (Only When Needed)Every RISE shelter comes pre-taped and sealed. (It’s actually a pretty cool manufacturing process.) But after a few seasons of downpours, dust, and snow, you might start to notice a dribble or two. That’s when it’s time for a touch-up. If you notice the seam tape starting to flake or peel, fully remove it and reseal the seams, with Gear Aid’s Seam Grip SIL Silicone Tent Sealant. Zip It GoodZippers are a crucial part of any tent that love a little cleaning now and then. Use a toothbrush and some soapy water to keep all of those little teeth happy. A happy zipper = a tent that actually closes when the bugs roll in. **Bonus tip: Put an old toothbrush in with the tent pegs and clean the zippers once in a while. It really helps. Home Sweet StorageAfter every adventure, make sure your tent is bone dry before you put it away!! With the AirNEST, unzip the mattress as well as the vestibule, and dry separately. Always store your tent in a dry, temperature controlled environment. Keep it nice and toasty INSIDE as much as possible. Make sure your tent is clean, dry and free of debris every time you store it. A Little Love Goes a Long WayYour tent’s got your back. Return the favour and it'll keep showing up for years of sleep-under-the-stars glory.
Yes, the AirNEST 3+ is built and tested for all conditions. Full-mesh doors at both ends keep air moving and heat dissipating on hot days, while the waterproof fly, sealed seams, and tough ripstop base keep rain outside. The air-beam frame flexes with wind instead of snapping. As with any outdoor gear, a rinse after sandy and salty coastal trips will help keep everything in good shape long-term.
AirNest 3 comes with a full “no-see-um” mesh front and rear doors help keep airflow high while keeping bugs out when zipped. The sealed base helps block anything sneaking underneath. The floor is tough enough for sandy, rocky, or uneven ground.
It's too easy. Plug in the pump, press start, and the shelter inflates itself in about two minutes. The mattress inflates separately and just as simply. When it's time to go, everything deflates quickly and packs back into the same backpack. It fits comfortably in the boot of most cars.
It fits three adults with room to spare, most couples also comfortably sleep together with small children or pets. The built-in queen mattress is wall-to-wall, and the generous height allows you to sit up, get changed, and move around freely.
The AirNEST is made from durable, puncture-resistant materials, but accidents can happen. We include an easy-to-use patch kit with every AirNEST so if you get a puncture, you'll be back to enjoying your adventure in no time. If you have an unrepairable hole, please contact us immediately and we'll get you sorted out.
The AirNEST 3+ uses a high-pressure, reinforced air-beam Ribcage™ frame that flexes with wind instead of snapping like rigid poles. This makes the tent safer in rough conditions and less prone to failure, and is a far less time-consuming process..
If you want to rock up late and still get a proper night’s sleep, this is your tent. It’s designed for places where conditions aren’t always tidy or predictable, and you don’t want setup to be the hardest part of the trip. It’ll work wherever your vehicle, beach trolley or big muscles can take it. It’s not for carrying long distances, but it’s ideal for getting you the nicer spot with a view.
Yep, the interior's been fine-tuned from decades of camping experience. Inside the AirNEST 3+ you’ll find multiple PocketStash™ Pro storage pockets for essentials like phones, headtorches, keys, glasses, and chargers, so they’re easy to reach and not floating around the mattress. There’s also an internal drying line for airing damp clothes, towels, or swimmers overnight. Larger items like packs, boots, and wet gear are best kept in the zip-on vestibule, which gives you covered storage without cluttering the sleeping space.
The AirNEST 3+ keeps setup and sleep simple, so your time and energy go into the trip itself. You spend less time managing gear and more time enjoying where you are, staying out longer, and being open to unplanned moments. When camp feels easy, it becomes easier to say yes more often.
The AirNEST 3+ includes the AIRBANK™, a dedicated high-pressure pump designed specifically to inflate both the air-beam shelter frame and the integrated mattress. The frame and mattress inflate through separate valves, allowing you to adjust mattress firmness independently. The AIRBANK™ runs on a rechargeable 12V lithium-ion battery with 15,600 mAh of capacity and charges via USB-C. A single full charge provides enough power for multiple full tent and mattress inflations. Inflation pressure is programmable up to 20 PSI, with automatic shut-off to prevent over-inflation.Beyond inflating the tent, the AIRBANK™ also functions as a power bank, allowing you to recharge essentials like headlamps, speakers, and smartphones at camp. A built-in flashlight makes setup easier in low light or after dark.Recharging is simple via USB-C from a vehicle, wall outlet, or portable power source.Outside of camp, the AIRBANK™ can also be used to inflate SUPs, air mattresses, and other high-pressure inflatables, making it useful well beyond tent setup.
Not at all. Once the air is fully removed from the tent and mattress, the AirNEST packs down easily. It comes with a backpack-style duffel with internal and external compression straps that help pull everything in neatly. Fold it, roll it, drop it in, then tighten the straps.
